ToobBond Hypalon-Klebstoff ist ein speziell entwickeltes 2-Komponenten-System auf Polychloropren-Basis für die Hochleistungsverklebung von Hypalon und anderen Natur- und Synthesekautschuk-Oberflächen, die für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen eine besonders feste Verbindung benötigen.

Entwickelt für die Herstellung und Reparatur von RIBs, Schlauchbooten, Rettungsflößen, Tauch- und Neoprenanzügen sowie andere Meeres- und Industrieanwendungen, die Beständigkeit gegen Salzwasser, Öl, Kraftstoffe usw. erfordern. Enthält Aktivator/Härter. Verklebt Naturkautschuk, Polychloropren, Butyl, Nitril, Hypalon und Polyurethan-Kautschukmaterialien - Bitte beachten Sie: nicht geeignet für weichmacherhaltiges PVC, siehe RIBstore 2-Komponenten-PVC-Klebstoff für den Bootsbereich.

  • Einfach zu mischendes 2-Komponenten-System, geliefert mit Aktivator/Härter
  • Einfache Anwendung mit Pinsel oder Rolle.
  • Kontaktverklebung in 10-15 Minuten, vollständige Aushärtung nach 48 Stunden
  • Haltbarkeit: 3-12 Monate in ungeöffneter Dose, angemischter Klebstoff hat eine Topfzeit von 3-4 Stunden
  • Ergiebigkeit: bei sorgfältiger Anwendung mit 2 Schichten reicht 1 Liter für ca. 1 Quadratmeter
  • Verwenden Sie Hypalon-Reiniger als Reiniger/Grundierung vor dem Kleben und zum Entfernen von überschüssigem Klebstoff
